The data controller for the personal data you provide to us (as an individual whose data is being processed) is Public Dialog Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Aleja Szucha 16/2 Street, 00-582 Warsaw.

 

We collect the following personal data:

  • Last name;
  • Residential/registered/correspondence address;
  • Educational background, information related to creativity, professional activities;
  • PESEL/NIP/REGON/KRS number, ID card or passport details;
  • Email address or other forms of electronic communication;
  • IP address, data from social media portals.

 

1. Purpose of data collection

We collect your personal data to provide you with the following services:

  • Collecting email addresses to send email messages with documentation necessary for the execution of tasks within entrusted projects and agreements.
  • Collecting email addresses to send email messages with special offers.
  • Collecting names, addresses, email addresses for correspondence with contractors and clients.
  • Collecting names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, data from social media portals, and information about their creativity and professional activities for the purpose of the recruitment process conducted by the Company.
  • Collecting names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, data from social media portals, and information about their creativity and professional activities for the purpose of hiring employees or collaborators.
  • IP addresses, data from social media portals for organizing consumer contests and promotional activities.
  • Collecting data related to professional activities for creating an investment database.

 

2. Use of data

Your personal data is processed by Public Dialog Sp. z o.o. at Aleja Szucha 16/2 Street, 00-582 Warsaw, Poland. Hosting and data storage take place at home.pl in Piaseczno, Poland. Your data is not disclosed to third parties unless expressly required by law.

 

3. Data retention period

Under Polish law, we are obligated to retain your documents for a maximum period of 10 years (the maximum limitation period for claims under the Civil Code), unless a longer retention period is required by specific regulations in accordance with the Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data retained for the purpose of sending marketing information and updates will be stored until we receive notification from the individual concerned expressing the desire to opt-out of receiving such information.

 

4. Rights of the data subject

An individual who believes that the personal data we hold is incorrect or incomplete may request access to this information, its correction, or deletion. In case of any complaints related to the processing of our personal data, please contact the CEO by sending an email to p.bylicki@publicdialog.pl or a letter to Public Dialog Sp. z o.o., Alej Szucha 16/2 Street, 00-582 Warsaw. Our CEO will review the complaint and take action to resolve the issue together with the person who filed the complaint. If, despite these efforts, the individual believes that their personal data is still not being processed in accordance with the law, they may contact the relevant data protection authority and file a complaint with that authority.
